Who we are

This website, fluentpay.tech, is operated by Forsat Labs, Inc. (“Fluent”, “we”). It presents the Fluent products for local businesses. The Fluent application itself lives at fluentpay.app and has its own privacy notice.

What we collect, and why

Demo requests. When you book a demo we collect your name, work email, business name, the product you are interested in and the time you chose. We use them to hold the call and follow up. The booking is created in our calendar inside the Fluent product (backend.fluentpay.app) and is not stored on this website.

Usage analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how the site performs. Without consent, analytics storage stays disabled.

Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request headers to serve the site securely and to detect your country. We use the country only to show prices in your currency and to pick a starting language; it is not stored by us.

Cookies and local storage

fluent-locale: remembers the language you chose. Functional, one year, shared across fluentpay.tech and its subdomains.

fluent-consent-v1 and fluent-anon-id: remember your cookie choice and an anonymous identifier used only for that record. Functional, stored in your browser.

_ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics cookies, set only after you accept analytics. Up to two years.

Legal basis

Demo requests: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b); Swiss FADP). Analytics: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time using the link below. Technical processing: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention

Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up, and at most 24 months after our last contact. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months. Consent records stay in your browser until you clear them.

Who else sees the data

Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Google (analytics, only with consent) and the Fluent product backend that holds the demo calendar. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority, in Switzerland the FDPIC.

Changes

We update this page when the way the site works changes. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
